Crown of Thorns, with Stars

These three (plus one) spent the afternoon making movies together. A second before I took this photo they were all sitting with their backs to me, watching their latest ‘episode’. Just as I snapped the pic one jumped up and I caught this rather dramatic looking, but actually benign, scene.

I smelled these beautiful hyacinths long before I saw them. A perfect springtime treat for the senses.

We had the pleasure of going on a super cool field trip today. We headed up to Sub Zero Ice Cream in Nashua. The kids (and their parents!) got a chilly chemistry lesson and then customized, instantly made ice creams to enjoy. Mine was a Dr Pepper/Cherry mix. Yum!

If you’ve never had ice cream made at -321* you should definitely try it out. I’d say it is one of the most unique ice cream experiences I’ve ever had.
