This photo was taken accidentally as one of the girls handed back my phone. I almost deleted it, but I like the way it caught a little glimpse of the day’s project, along with my snack and tv-show (Christmas Cards, Market Basket Black Cherry Greek Yogurt and “Decline and Fall” on Acorn, respectively, in case you were curious.)

Such weather for November! It was just warm enough to have the top down for the six minute drive between the Disney fundraiser and the dance studio. These two thought it was fantastic!

I’m super proud of this kid for having an open mind and trying something completely brand new to her. She enjoyed her first night of Rec Winter League basketball, basket or no.

Clever little art installment in a shipping container, Neon Dream, on Artist’s Row this Thanksgiving season. Difficult to explain, even harder to photograph!

It’s hard to see, but Santa arrived in Salem at the top of the Hawthorne Hotel and deftly descended the firetruck ladder, mugging for the crowd all the way down. A great tradition and a fun way to ring in December!

Mr and Mrs Snowflake have enjoyed their unintentional year long visit to our mantle and are very happy that their Tometegubben friends have returned to keep them company!

It had been several months since our last visit to Ikea. It was nice to stroll around, make a visit to Smaland, and indulge in some meatballs. We had missed our little visits to Sweden!
