Halfway through VBS for the year. Cute kids, deep questions and interesting conversations abound in the Kid-Vid Cinema.

Every time we go into Target we take this photo. Every. Single. Time.

A very happy reunion, ten months in the making.

Three hours at the park and I had to chase them down to get a photo. They spent the whole time hanging out in bushes and laughing and talking and making fairy vacation homes. I don’t think their smiles could be bigger!

And just like that, she’s a big girl at church. Feet touching the floor and all.

After a lifetime of attending craft fairs with my mom, I hung out my shingle for the first time. It was a hot, hot August day and sales were slow, but it was still a success.

I loved the way the sun was shining in on me in my favorite seat on the ferry.

It was 93* today. We met up with our friends at the park and proceeded to melt all over the place. But at least we were all melting together instead of being miserable at home alone!

I can’t even remember what she was trying to get from me, but she was clearly working pretty hard at convincing me!

I’m keeping my distance. They seem to have things under control.
