calling all Sweaty Toothed Madmen!!!

So. There I was. Innocently watching VH1’s [Best Week Ever](http://www.bestweekever.vh1.com) when I caught a quick gilmpse of a familiar face.

It was none other than 2001 Gordon Grad: Pete Holmes! I could barely believe it. I called Peter into the room, but it was too late… So we waited around a bit and, POP, there he was again. WOW. A quick google search brought up his [blog](http://peteholmes.blogspot.com/) and his [website](http://www.peteholmes.com).

All you [Scotties](http://www.gordon.edu) (1997-2001ish) out there will probably remember him from such antics as “Sweaty Toothed Madmen”, when he played Sebastian the Crab in the “Mr Gordon” pagent, and well…many other comedy themed events…

So, catch “Best Week Ever” and look for our very own Pete.

at work the other day, my co-worker who is also a gordonoid also brought this up. I graduated in 1990, so I didn’t know him, but I will look for him when BWE is on.

My husband doesn’t let me watch BWE with the kids in the room. He thinks there are too many boob references, sexual position references etc… and doesn’t think it appropriate for them (especially the boy) to hear. so yeah. He’s right… and I tend to miss the show when it is on in daylight/non-sleeping hours.

    meh.

You know, that’s strange – I was actually taking about Mr. Gordon the other day, and mentioning that I remembered two things from it:
    1) Pete, etc. performing “Kiss the Girl”
    2) the guy who swallowed the live goldfish. (shiver)

What quality entertainment it was. 😉

    Howdy!

I founded Sweaty-Toothed Madmen and I was thrilled to see Pete on VH1.

A friend of mine from the Rice Pilaf Players (At Taylor Univ.) was in a professional improv show in Chicago, and after a few minutes he realized that one of the players on the opposing team was PETE HOLMES!!!

I’m performing in Orlando at http://www.sak.com if anybody’s ever down this way.
