Bit by Bit

three hundred and eleven

As most of the household essentials have ben unpacked, I am finally getting around to unpacking and organizing my ‘sewing room’ (currently a shared computer/sewing/art room).

I was pleased to get my little corner of the room looking a bit more ship shape, but you’ll have to trust me that a quarter turn to the left would show a completely different scene. The heap of paints, paper, crayons, scissors, tape and stickers that sits atop the girls’ art desk will have to wait another day!

Thanks! As I look at the photo again, I see tons of things I want to change 🙂

The butterfly sewing box was a hand me down from a friend who was moving. I think it is sweet and it is full of interesting ribbon. There’s an old green one on the shelves on the left that was from my grandmother that has actual sewing notions in it.
