This is a public service announcement. How well do you know your spouse? Are you 100% positive that they are really human? Here is a great way to find out.
Locate this!
On my way to work this morning, I spotted a commercial van labeled:
“On-Target: Underground Location Service”
Wow! What a cool job… wouldn’t you like to be the one to say, “Got something underground? I’m the man/woman to find it!”
🙂
Facts About Your Age
Here’s an interesting link:
Go to that page and enter your birthdate into the window that pops up. The site will list all sorts of facts about your age, for example, what famous people are older/younger than you, and by how much, or what age you were at the time of various historical events. You can hit ‘refresh’ to bring the pop-up box back up if you want to enter in someone else’s birthdate.
Which Weblog Tool Are You?
| You are a very simple and leisurely person. You are quite contented with your life and have no ambition to improve it. |

I’ve never heard of Pitas, but maybe I’ll check it out. 😉 This blog is actually powered by MovableType.
Weddings and Basketball
Becky and I had a fun time at the Celtics game tonight, even if they did get royally creamed by the Spurs. Before the game we had lunch with Becky’s folks at a nice waterfront tavern in Charlestown, then went to visit Gabi and Tom in Southie. We got to see the new cousins. 🙂
Finally, I did manage to get the pictures from Chris and Naomi’s wedding online, and you can see them here:
Fulwider/Moca
We just got back from Chris and Naomi’s wedding, and boy are our feet tired! There was much dancing to be had at their reception. Naturally, I had my camera with me, and I had planned to put all the photos online tonight after we got back. But we decided to just turn in, instead. The pictures will be online some time on Sunday… I might get a chance to upload them in the afternoon, in between church and the Celtics game we got last minute tickets to see. 🙂

Wicked Smaht
I just found this page today:
NASA Institute for Advanced Concepts: Funded Studies
It is a list of the projects NASA is funding to develop new and interesting technologies. Some projects include the ‘Space Elevator’, ‘Programmable Plants’, and the ‘Hypersonic Airplane Space Tether Orbital Launch System’ — check it out! I don’t see ‘Warp Drive’ or ‘Matter-Energy Converter’ on there yet, but hopefully some day… 🙂
March Forth! Er… Fourth
Today is the only day of the year whose name is also a command:
“March Forth!!!”
🙂
Oh yeah, and it’s Mardi Gras, too.
