She’s been learning to mend her own things lately. I love her concentration.

Friends and fresh air are why we love our Monday hikes so much. I’m not sure what was going on with this crew, but I did hear a lot of giggling and singing and chanting, so it must have been something fun. I just love them so much!

Couch shenanigans!

Salem was busier today than I’ve ever seen it. I don’t know if it broke any records, but it was a bustling, buzzing, exciting place to be!

Wizards, witches and muggles alike came and were sorted into their Hogwarts houses- everyone’s favorite part of the start of term feast!

Wands and textbooks were the order of the day. We just can’t get enough of costume making!

We went into Savers to find a robe to go with Esme’s Hermione Granger costume. We came out with all the parts of the costume that we didn’t need and no robe.

But that smile, though!

We spent September scouring maps on our travels. But they’re just as fun at home when we head out on our weekly hike with friends.

Every once and a while we stumble across a children’s church lesson that gets a great reaction! The kids loved Peter’s carving skills!
